During his tenure he has provided Medical Supports for the promotion of formulation, developed, established and maintained marketing Strategies to meet organizational objectives. He has conducted market research to determine market requirement for existing and future formulations and develop new market opportunities based on the analysis of existing product portfolio and Product Mix. In addition he has successfully faced audits performed by ISO9001: 2008, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 and WHO GMP. Dr Bijoy has suggested innovative new formulations and also launched formulations for the first time in India in Gastro, Ortho, Cardiac, Dental, ENT, Diabeto , Gynae, Paed and the palliative treatment in Cancer.

Presently, he is working as a Medico Marketing in the area of imparting Training, Preparing Training Module, VA, Scientific Literature, Product Monograph, Scientific slides, Conceptualization, Rationale, Positioning , line of communication & presentation related to formulations, Scientific backup & clinical trial. Identifying and developing new market opportunities, preparing Protocol for conducting Clinical trial and providing other necessary supports for preparing Clinical trial reports, preparing documentation for DCGI APPROVAL and attending for the presentation in DCGI. Exploring the international market, brand extension based on the analysis of existing product portfolio/product mix. Providing the support for third party manufacturing, starting from licensing to finished product, ATL and BTL activity for OTC / OTX product, Brand registration / Bar code etc.
